Training is Investment not an Expense

With the changing national,regional and global scenario, Companies are being compelled by competition ,quality standards and sustainability issues to be more focused on strategic planning, professionalism supported by Customized trainings for all categories of staff. Without value added ,performance focused trainings it will not be possible for any company to even stay in business. Companies , mostly are not arranging trainings for their employees based on proper need analysis and further more trainings are not linked to work and their evaluation also needs more effort.
